Anamorphic art

7 – 11 – 2025
Westhafen Tower, Frankfurt

To bring the spirit of Watches & Wonders 2025 to Frankfurt, Vacheron Constantin invited its top clients to an exclusive gala evening at the Westhafen Tower — one of the city’s most distinctive landmarks. The occasion marked a double celebration: the Maison’s 270th anniversary and the remarkable Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin in gold.

At the heart of the evening was a live sketching activation: guests watched the watch being drawn in real time, pencil lines tracing the architecture of the movement, the warmth of the gold case, and the precision of a complication that has defined Vacheron Constantin for generations. Each stroke was a quiet argument for slowness in an age of speed. Running through every session of this ongoing collaboration is an anamorphic approach — compositions that only reveal their full geometry from a precise angle, a visual echo of The Quest: the Maison’s ever-present drive to seek further, to see differently, and to never settle for the obvious view.

As a gift, every top client received a limited postcard — the Journey Postcard — a hand-illustrated keepsake connecting Geneva and Frankfurt, the salon and the private room, the public triumph and the intimate memory.
